• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Final sale and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• To start a return, please email info@cuddlyducklin.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
• Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
